My girlfriend and I have lived in Tucson for over 4 years, which I hope qualifies us as Tucsonians now. Before starting Onsight Carpentry, I worked as a project manager at a local remodeling company but my career in carpentry began almost a decade ago in Ohio. Since I started I’ve been hooked on learning new skills, refining them, and using them to build something together with homeowners.

If I’m not working on your house or mine, I’m probably rock climbing or planning to. That’s where the name for the company comes from: To “onsight” a climb means getting it done cleanly on the first try. It also has the added ‘benefit’ of being confusing to people who aren’t familiar with the term and it looks like a typo (oops!).
